If the clog is stubborn and you have a power washer you can buy a 100' of hose with nozzles that shoot water under pressure both sideways and backwards. The pressure walks the hose right up the pipe. We use them if the sewer line gets plugged. Easy to go down a cleanout and you can go up the pipe from the septic tank if your inlet is working properly. It works well to remove plugs although I am not sure how small a pipe it will fit in. Probably 3/4" is okay. Once the plug or clog is gone then you can blow it out with compressed air.
