I have a Model 7 stainless in 223, it doesn't have the HS stock, but barrel wise is the same as the 243 we're talking about. It's been a good shooter out to 200 yards or so, which is just what I was looking for in a truck/tractor/UTV rifle. I'd say that this 243 would be plenty accurate at the ranges that most people are going to shoot something.
