I looked at the sea to summit one this past weekend, $45. Thinking a stuff sack and my down puffy might be good option though. Biggest issue is the thing sliding around on the sleeping pad.
Make a stuff sack from and old sheet or pillow case. It won't be nearly as slick as nylon.
The problem with using your coat is that then you don't have it handy for the 3am pee.
