in danger or fear for his life . this is well
outlined in Fed LE deadly force policy,
supported by SCOTUS.

stark reality is, it can and does - and each situation
has its own individual circumstances that determine whether such force as being appropriate, the SCOTUS
briefs explain it.

Just because you don't get shot breaching the front
doors of the Capitol buiding, doesn't mean you wont
get shot when forcefully furthering your advance into
the building.

When the Glocks are out on full display pointed in
your immediate direction, you should get a 'clue' ..
