It might be fun to see the reaction for some smokers to take a walk with 100 packs of Black Cat firecrackers and every two or three blocks light a long fuse extension and drop the one hundred pack of firecrackers in hidden spot. Maybe have 20 or 30 smokers doing the same all over DC.
