If you're a good enough leader then the Big Boys have a game plan for you. It's like the Devil showing Jesus the whole world and all its riches and temptations and saying it can all be yours if you just fall down and worship me. Of course, world leaders, true ones or fake, ain't God, and they quickly choose the easy way rather than the hard, straight road. Most of the pogues we elect for political office don't even have to be offered anything formally. They are easily brought to heel by a good looking ho or their own deviant tendencies caught on film. Then it is simple blackmail for years until they are of no more use. The better ones have to actually be set down and made an offer to. If that doesn't work, you can always threaten them. If that still doesn't work, you can then threaten their family. I would give some glaring examples of things that don't add up any other way, but I'd get called a tinfoil hatter which might hurt my delicate sensibilities.
