What's the beef with the set triggers? Is something wrong or broken? I've got a 22F in 8x57, love it.
Sure, cuz your triggers still work well. When they don't, the unset pull can be horrendous.
I've converted a few to use Timney triggers. You do have to modify the bottom metal, specifically in the bow where the timney trigger shoe will protrude. The original of course has two openings, one for each trigger shoe. The Timney sits in between both of those.
