Didn't you read the Time magazine article today ?? They outlined what they did. IN their words, they "fortified the election" Fortified and fraud are pretty darn close to each other. The mail in ballots with NO OVERSIGHT and transparency should be the issue. Putting up plywood over the counting stations and kicking out the republican poll watchers ARE an issue that needs to be discussed. That is called evidence of intentions. Like having filled glasses on a bar after 2:00 a.m.
