A lot to like about a 22 BR.

I was a big 22 Dasher fan, till I torched that first barrel in the dog towns by 1500 rds..... tired


I hear 'ya re: the pummeling. I figure I can take it...haha.

My other 22BR is a Lilja #3 short 700 that Stan Ware did for me. It has killed a couple truck loads (literally) of fox.

I had a similar 22 Dasher experience....by 1,800 the leading edge of the lands were laid over though the throat looked good....kinda like the .30 cal 3 groove, 17 twist Liljas look like by the same round count. The 6 Dasher zero free bore with the Nosler 55's @ 3850 was totally easy on the barrel, though.

The BIBster did me up some dandy 47gr. FBases and they shoot like crazy out of my 22PPC. Looking forward to getting another 2,000 for this deal.
