I can't speak to your application of it in an AR, but I burned a ton of it in a .223 Ruger #1 back in the era of slow twists and 50-55grain bullets. (God, how did we ever manage to kill stuff with a .223 back then?) 50 grain Sierra Blitz's pushed by H322 accounted for an embarrassing number of Pennsylvania groundhogs for me.
