We had a snow like this one in Austin in either 71 or 72. We lived on Westfield Dr. ( in Bob and Ameilia Bullocks old house). We were sliding down the new Hancock overpass (over the future Mopac ROW) there by Austin Memorial Park! It was great fun.


That's some Austin history! Was that Bob Bullock's house before he moved to the museum by the Capital? smile




They built the house in 1955. She was getting into real estate. She developed quote a business. I thing they were there only like two years or so. Really wasnt anything fancy.
