Most pizza sucks ass these days. In 95% of them, the crust is the same generic, over-processed crap. I miss the days of doughy, bready, tough crust.
IMO, pizza has 3 important ingredients - good textured crust. Good tasting sauce, and cheese that tastes more like it came from a dairy than from a bag.

Pizzas now are factory items, not something made with any care, just like what happened to the hamburger.
