I just tell them I identify as masked. If women can have a penis nowadays, I can surely be masked despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
When they really push it, I put one on my head and tell them that I'm a furry identifying as a dolphin and I'm covering my blowhole.
I have a mullet and a mustache. Most people don't want to talk to me anyways.
