abbydog Campfire Regular A Joined: Feb 2011 Posts: 1,722 Connecticut	When not in use, i remove all battery’s from scopes, ear muffs, headlamps. I had a nice pair of head lamps corrode due to a battery leak and since then I remove after the season.
