It's called "Negro Fatigue"
I might make a suggestion for every American . . . stop using racist adjectives to refer to race (ie. skin color) . . . as the dumborats say, "follow the science" and if one needs to use an adjective to differentiate between the "race" of Americans, use Negro, Caucasian, Eurasian, Indian, etc.) None of those have specific skin color in the definition of the scientific term.
