If sound suppressors were unregulated and available fort purchase in the same manner as any non serialized accessory.... Would 5.56mm remain king of the black rifle calibers?
I think 5.56 would still be popular but also think subsonic calibers would be more popular, specifically 9mm and 45acp and probably 300 blackout
