As a youngster, I ordered a .22 Hornet 340. They sent a .222 by mistake and I kept it. Glad I did. Although the Hornet is a good one, the .222 is better. Killed a lot of crows with that rifle. Finally sold it to a good bud. Next .222 was a Rem 722. Barrel eventually was shot out. Still have it, now wearing a Hart .22-204 barrel with a 10X Zeiss. 14 twist, does great with 40 gr. bullets.

Here it is with a Rem 7, also in .22-204 but with a fast twist Brux in a Lone Wolf stock, Jewell trigger. 75 gr. SSII's over Varget is my hog killing load.
