I don't see how we don't end up with another Clinton era ban. The new legislation will go beyond that.
All well and good as long as it's doesn't go against the oath I once took concerning the defense and protection of the Constitution of the United States of America and as long as it doesn't violate my second amendment right.
Otherwise, time will tell.
