Container shortage has been going on for 6+ months. This isn't new nor is the container needed to haul this pulp "special" vs any other container.
Not to mention, we get very little pulp wood for TP from Brazil.
The only thing that will cause a TP shortage here is hoarding, spurred on by threads like this.
