On year 3 with a Ferris and all I have had to do is change oil/ filter and lube. Thing runs great and gives a nice ride with the suspension. I think it gives a great looking cut due to that suspension considering the heavy often bumpy soil on my 3 acres here along northern Lake Champlain.
