I've never been able to tell that their blems are blems, on what I've received, but the only name identifier on it is a small BCM stamped just over the gas tube hole below the top of the rail.

MM, they say these are "used" and have scratches. They don't sound like "blems" to me, but used receivers? Is that correct, have you bought these "used" receivers?
