The 5/325 oxys already have Tylenol. They should have cautioned you to not take more with it.
I found ibuprofen, as an antiflammatory, helped with both swelling and discomfort. That you can stack w acetaminophen. I did that schit for years prior to my TKA.

I just had my 3rd shoulder operation, the first time the E.R doc prescribed ibuprofen and by the time I got home to see my Ortho doc he asked me what they prescribed me I told him he said quite taking the ibuprofen immediately you see all that black and blue from your shoulder to wrist thats internal bleeding ibuprofen thins your blood he was pissed. Last 2 times the Docs told me absolutely no ibuprofen, Tylenol and pain meds only
