Ben and Jerry's is owned by Unilever which is a large company. The original libs sold out to corporate America years ago. If I remember correctly, one of the founders got very little money from the sale
. The founders were a pair of VT libs that made a great product but greed and capitalism won the day. I just hope they donated all the profits from the sale to help minorities in need.
