3/29 was a Monday. kid was 13. anybody else see a problem here? where's the parents? once again, police are being blamed for schitty parenting.
Exactly. A 13 year old kid, out running the streets at 2:30 AM, on a school day, means one thing..........lack of parenting...........period.
His parents, providing there are some, should be in jail on charges themselves for failure to properly care for a child.
