Agreed, I’ve done pretty extensive pattern testing with a few different shotguns. Usually consisting of 5 chokes and 3 different loads. Identical shotguns will prefer different chokes/ammo. That being said, the same choke companies are usually near the top so with this gun, particularly due to the cost of the tss, I only tried the 3 that usually give me the best results. The Carlsons tubes are almost always in the top 2. That being said, everyone is looking for something different in their pattern, in my case I wanted to be able to stretch to 50 if needed. The flip side being at 20 yards, it’s really tight. In the later seasons I may switch to the factory Full choke that threw a great pattern from 20-40 since the vegetation here really pops by 4th season and distance is limited. The bird in the picture above was punched 3 days ago at 30 yards.
