Well done Poobs. The fact you’re a skilled rifleman doesn’t hurt either. I’m shooting my 7x57 a lot these days and it’s much more enjoyable than any magnum.
You're not the first to come to that conclusion, won't be the last.
If kids and women kill stuff all the time with .223, .243 and such, why do guys seem need a .300 Wby to shoot the same stuff...?
I have some very nice magnums, just don't use them that much. They do have their place, just not where I'm hunting.
