My son had a buddy in college who graduated with honors with a degree in Civil Engineering at TTU. No small feat for a young man who could barely speak English. This young man is from Chad, and the blackest fellow I ever met.
Nicest, most polite kid you'd ever run into, but he's never been on time for anything. LOL!
I don't doubt that on average there are differences in races, but it definitely isn't a blanket type thing.
I have been around some of those professionally who were helped into government positions. Never met one who could have possibly done the coursework required for their degree.
