A positive test and actually having the bug are two different things. The PCR test in common use is notorious for a high percentage of false positives.
Why would they have taken the test unless they felt sick?
To set the narrative. That photo of them on the plane "maskless" was a set up.
Now because they didn't wear masks, they got the Rona, or so they claim. It would not surprise me if they were never tested.
Soon we will see a Federal mask mandate, members on that plane are already demanding it.
