I’ve loaded 165 HP Montana Gold and 150 HP Nosler Sporting for mine. No problems. Stay inbounds on pressure though. And watch for the bulge. IIRC the good 165 load was 7.3 gr Power Pistol with no bulges. A little off max loads published for 165s. They shoot well. Don’t recall the 150 load offhand but it was a few tenths off Noslers max with PP. The Montanas expand in water jugs. Shed their brittle jackets but make a perfect star. Seem to be a fairly hard lead. I shot thru the bottom half of two gallon milk jugs, a piece of half inch plywood, and the bullet bounced off a landscape timber behind.
