Popped onto the Alaska Outdoors Forum the other day, shocked at just how dead that place has become. Other than hunting and guns most of the peripheral forums were dead as disco. My week-old classified was still at the top!
I moderated there for a couple of years, the slow death isn't surprising. There were/are some good guys over there but so many classic as*holes too that regarded themselves as all-knowing--guess it's much like this place in that regard.
