Red, yellow, orange, green and brown bell. Pimento. Poblano and jalapeño. Banana.

Poblanos for chili relleno, jalapeño we stuff and fry or grill, pickle the banana, and slice and freeze all the bell for omelettes, soups, stir fry, casseroles, fajitas etc….
Love peppers. Especially fall and early winter flavors get the best.
