I didn't know Judges were part of the Executive Branch.
This is why it will need to wend its way through the court system. Bet it gets fast tracked to SCOTUS . The Executive branch has no such legal authority nor should it be recognized . I saw this one coming a while back. That scum Fauci says it's a new virus in effect because it has mutated. By that logic the virus will keep mutating and we'll be in masks forever. Enough is enough.
