I shoot 180 grain XTP's in my Glock 20, for years loaded with enough 2400 to get them up about 1300 fps. I replaced the recoil spring with (I believe) a 22# one. I always used new Starline brass, reloading it once with a Berry's plated 180 grain HP that shot about the same as the XTP's, then tossed the brass after that one reload.
