So if trying to keep score, A troll post is a plus one. A ignored troll is a neutral. A fed troll is a plus plus plus. A lost member is a minus of unknown.
I wonder if new members are attracted and stay after witnessing threads deteriorate from troll interference? My guess is no. And if I guess is correct...trolls win short term. But site declines in the end.
Thoughts?
New members try to wade into the pool slowly, only to get dragged into deep water from the jump.
They either swim, drown, or get eaten by sharks within the first hour.
Some think they can swim. Most realize they can’t. Those that hide a speargun in their bag have a fighting chance.
