Running a fever yesterday so my wife and I went and both tested positive for Covid .
102 fever , chills and body aches are hell . She is having a sore throat and real congested .

Drink fluids, avoid fever reducers unless they get too high. Try to eat even though it's flavorless. You'll be fine in a couple days. No need to be dramatic
