It looks like a SS insignia on the shirt to me. Assuming that’s the case the Secret Service looks like it’s gone the way of the military. No way do I believe that moderately overweight woman is the best bodyguard protection available.
You aren't seeing the boats in the water, or the helicopters and drones in the air or the hummers just over the dunes.
