I've yet to draw but the most popular method in Florida (by far) is an inexpensive surf pole, some heavy braided line, and a treble hook the size of your fist.
Get one on him, then a second. Pull to the boat. Bang stick to the head.
If they're not spooked it's surprisingly easy to snag one.
