I was prescribed indomethacin for flare ups but it sucked. Best thing I ever took was 800 mg ibuprofen. Pain went away within an hour or so. Apparently, prednisone is supposed to work as well as ibuprofen.
If you quit taking cocks up your ass it probably wouldn’t flare up to begin with.
