The minorities that are supposedly being discriminated against by being required to get an ID, should be totally insulted by these judges that think that they are too incompetent to even get an ID.
That's exactly what our Lieutenant Governor, who is black and Republican, said in a recent address to our state legislature. I've met the man and helped campaign for him - he's the real deal.
