You can’t get a Dishonorable Discharge except by order of a general court martial. You can only get Bad Conduct Discharge as a result of a special or general court martial. The worst administrative discharge is Other than Honorable and if memory serves me, it is pretty much exclusively reserved for a Chapter 10 which is a discharge in lieu of court martial.
