They have become so zealous as of late because they know they no longer have to fear being ousted by their constituents. They no long need to hide their true intentions, kiss babies, or even campaign. Biden spent all his time hiding in his basement yet he captured 80 million votes.
The Ballot Box is no longer something they fear and must cater too.
They do it because they're in fear.
