Why are these militaristic rankings assigned to these type of positions to begin with?
Rather it was called an Admiral or a Czar??
Personally, calling it an Admiral seems awful demeaning to anyone who ever served in the Military.
Maybe not the Coast Guard....but the real military branches anyway.
