She is just 1 of about 25 administrative employees in the local ranger district who have been on full pay since the early covid panic. In case you were wondering, no.....they are not working remotely from home on computers. This is just one little district office of 154 National Forests. Beyond welfare, more like the lotto without having to buy a ticket. Well this is a fine pickle we're in, should'a listened to Joe McCarthy and George Orwell I guess.
