I didn't feel like changing my belts either so I changed my holster. I use thin kydex holsters made by FIST. They are very slick to draw from and as the material is only as thick as a business card and it sort of eliminates the need to use a stiff belt to get a reliable draw stroke. They also add no thickness to the gun if you are wearing dress pants.
