This. With sales for ammo of any kind great right now the thought of having to tell trained employees they cant show up to work was more than they could handle.
Not just production people either we are talking sales, admins , accounting and logistics people as well. To which support the production operation. They would still severely cripple themselves even if their sales stayed the same.
