You'll want to follow the post-op instructions carefully. It's surprising how many people don't.

This again. I tore my entire right shoulder “ off “ two years ago. All 4 muscle groups severed. Make sure you have the best surgeon you can get and absolutely do the after rehab completely and then some. Good luck.
