Any scope that helps my vision is fine . I don't use them for looks , I use them so I can clearly see what I am shooting . Whats silly to me is folks pounding their chests and saying scopes are silly on a lever 30-30 . Some folks like accurate bullet placement , some folks are fine with pie plates .
