I'm no anatomical expert, but there are some other rather important pieces of equipment in that area, large intestine, uterus, ovaries, small intestine, not to mention some pretty good sized arteries and veins. Lucky to survive, she is definitely in Darwin Award territory, but given the area of the damage, not likely to reproduce.
