If I wanted a 99C in 22-250 to hunt coyotes I'd buy a 308 for a few hundred dollars and have it rebarreled before I'd pay crazy money for a collector. A few years ago there were leftover Savage 22-250 barrels floating around and a few guys rebarreled guns, myself included, although I used a 99DL from the early 1960's as a donor.
