Good luck with that. There is no provision in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to allow removal by legal action. This Section 3 specifically allows removal by a 2/3 majority vote of both the House and Senate. So to me, this is just a scare tactic aimed at those that will not take the time to read the Amendment and understand the implication.
The demorats talk a lot about what they're doing or will do under "rule of law", when in fact what they do has no basis in the rule of law whatsoever.
Sheeple are just too stupid and too lazy to know that.
